Awesome work. I look forward to reading and re-reading this several times this week.
Oh, and my favorite was the spiral staircase area. I know, weird, but I just thought it was so cool looking, especially being in there at twilight as a kid and the beautiful sky being seen through the glass.
Ping! Still interested in the new site? I haven't gotten any message yet, and just realized I forgot to become a follower, which might have prevented them reaching me.
Please forgive me using the comments to leave this message, I cant find any method to send a pm to you.

Re: The Magic Palette... Line thickness was not determined by how hard you pressed on the screen; there was a slide control along the bottom of the control board that adjusted the "size" of your brush. And choosing 'black ink' served as the only method of erasing you work, short of rebooting.
An interesting note on the "Electronic Philharmonic" display. It was created by Harmonix Music Systems. You may know them as the same company that created Guitar Hero (1 and 2), and later Rock Band (1, 2, and 3). Even more interesting is that they created Dance Central, which is widely considered the best game for Xbox 360's Kinect syste,. Things come full circle, I guess.
