Whoa. Be careful with those guys. Encom has a long history of cheating people out of their work. Even one of their flagship products (a game I believe) was stolen from it's original developer.

But don't take my word for it, Kushner & Lisberger did a good job documenting the hole sordid affair. I'll provide a link as soon as I find it.
